Forceavo is a marketplace that helps companies and independent technicians find each other for offshore/wind service and installation work. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any contract agreed between a company and a technician and we are not an employer or employment agency.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Company accounts are subject to verification before they can access technician data or publish projects. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to circumvent security or access controls.
Where the platform introduces a company and a technician, you agree not to exchange direct contact details or take the engagement off-platform in order to avoid platform fees, before the point at which contact is unlocked or a transaction is completed on the platform. Attempting to bypass the platform may lead to suspension.
Technicians understand that their professional profile (qualifications, availability, region, etc.) is shown to verified companies, and that their identifying contact data is revealed to a company only after that company unlocks it. See the Privacy Policy.
Where paid features are enabled, payments are handled by a third-party provider (e.g. Stripe). We never store card data. Fees, if any, will be shown before you commit. (Placeholder — add pricing and refund terms when monetisation launches.)
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of users, the outcome of engagements, or indirect damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Musisz podawać prawdziwe informacje i chronić swoje dane logowania. Konta firm podlegają weryfikacji, zanim uzyskają dostęp do danych techników lub będą mogły wystawiać projekty. Odpowiadasz za aktywność na swoim koncie.
Zobowiązujesz się nie nadużywać platformy, nie scrapować danych, nie podszywać się pod innych, nie zamieszczać treści bezprawnych ani nie omijać zabezpieczeń i kontroli dostępu.
Gdy platforma skojarzy firmę i technika, zobowiązujesz się nie wymieniać bezpośrednich danych kontaktowych ani nie przenosić współpracy poza platformę w celu uniknięcia opłat, zanim kontakt zostanie odblokowany lub transakcja zrealizowana na platformie. Próby obejścia platformy mogą skutkować zawieszeniem.
Technicy przyjmują do wiadomości, że ich profil zawodowy (kwalifikacje, dostępność, region itd.) jest pokazywany zweryfikowanym firmom, a dane identyfikujące/kontaktowe są ujawniane firmie dopiero po ich odblokowaniu. Zob. Politykę prywatności.
Gdy funkcje płatne są aktywne, płatności obsługuje zewnętrzny dostawca (np. Stripe). Nigdy nie przechowujemy danych kart. Opłaty, jeśli występują, będą pokazane przed potwierdzeniem. (Placeholder — dodać cennik i zasady zwrotów przy uruchomieniu monetyzacji.)
Platforma dostarczana jest „tak jak jest". W zakresie dozwolonym prawem nie odpowiadamy za zachowanie użytkowników, wynik współpracy ani szkody pośrednie. Nie wyłączamy odpowiedzialności, której wyłączyć nie można.
Możemy zawiesić lub usunąć konta naruszające regulamin. Możesz w każdej chwili usunąć konto w aplikacji; co dzieje się z danymi, opisuje Polityka prywatności.
